By using 10Task, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and reliable experience for both freelancers and employers using our platform.


1. Overview of Main Terms

  • 10Task is a platform connecting freelancers with employers seeking professional services.
  • All users must provide accurate information and maintain honesty in all interactions.
  • The platform is designed to facilitate project posting, bidding, and completion in a transparent and secure manner.
  • 10Task reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

2. Employers

Responsibilities:

  • Employers must provide clear, honest, and complete project descriptions, including requirements, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Payments must be made through the available secure payment methods, including Escrow, Payoneer, or Western Union, to ensure project safety.
  • Employers are responsible for reviewing submitted work and providing timely feedback.

Prohibited Actions:

  • Misrepresenting projects or requirements.
  • Requesting work outside the agreed scope without proper adjustment to terms or payment.
  • Engaging in harassment or inappropriate communication with freelancers.

Dispute Handling:

  • If a disagreement arises regarding project quality or completion, employers can submit a dispute to 10Task. The admin will review both parties’ claims and make a fair and final decision.

3. Freelancers

Responsibilities:

  • Freelancers must provide accurate information on profiles, skills, rates, and portfolios.
  • Work must be delivered according to project requirements, deadlines, and agreed terms.
  • Freelancers must communicate professionally and promptly with employers throughout the project.

Prohibited Actions:

  • Submitting work that is plagiarized, incomplete, or of low quality intentionally.
  • Misrepresenting skills, experience, or project progress.
  • Engaging in harassment or inappropriate communication with employers.

Dispute Handling:

  • If a freelancer believes the work was completed as agreed but the employer disagrees, they can submit a dispute to 10Task. The admin will review evidence from both sides and issue a final resolution, ensuring fairness for all parties.

4. Payments and Escrow

All payments for projects on 10Task are processed through secure and reliable channels, ensuring safety for both freelancers and employers. The supported payment methods currently include:

  • Escrow System: All project funds are securely held in Escrow until the project is completed or any disputes are resolved.
  • Payoneer: Supported for international transfers in USD, allowing freelancers to receive their payments safely and quickly.
  • Western Union: Supported for direct cash transfers in USD, providing an alternative for users who prefer offline transfers.

Freelancers using Escrow Credit may request withdrawals, which are carefully reviewed and processed by 10Task to ensure security and proper handling.

Commission:

  • 10Task charges a 20% commission on all project payments.

Note: All payments on 10Task are conducted in USD to maintain transparency, simplicity, and reliability.


5. General Rules

  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using 10Task.
  • 10Task reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
  • Any violation of these terms may result in account suspension, removal of content, or permanent bans.
